Overview of the Role:
The Sales Manager will join the sales team and will be accountable for holding their staff accountable, develop them, and also hit sales targets in the beauty industry. Must have the ability to move at a very fast pace and have a high ability to prioritize based on a rapidly changing and growing environment.
What is expected:
- Hit monthly sales targets.
- Ensure all of the store operational tasks are completed.
- Ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.
- Handle administrative tasks including but not limited to scheduling, office supplies inventory, and reporting.
- Maintain the utmost cleanliness within the store.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Experience:
- 4+ years of experience in sales management roles.
- Proven experience and success in sales and team leadership are required.
- Superior organizational and time management skills.
Pay: $40k - 50k/ year with monthly commission
