An organization has partnered with Roessel Joy and is seeking to hire an HR Coordinator. They are looking for someone who can come in to assist with onboarding/offboarding, coordinate schedules, recruiting, benefits administration, employee relations, and more. This will be a mix of HR and Administrative duties. The ideal candidate has 3 years of previous HR experience and has beginner Excel skills.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate New Employee Orientation
- Coordinate and schedule interview times
- Help with benefits administration and employee relations matters
- Use HR knowledge to independently address inquiries regarding policies and procedure
- Collect and complete I9 and W4 documentation
- Recruiting
- Ensure requests for action or information are relayed to the appropriate staff members.
Qualifications:
- Strong excel skills
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- 3 Years of human resources experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced growing environment
