About Brightway
The number of adults age 65+ will grow 30% by 2030. Older adults are at an increased risk for pain, falls, disability, surgery, and hospitalizations. Physical therapy can be incredibly beneficial, but getting to appointments regularly is often a barrier to beginning or completing a plan of care.
Brightway brings outpatient PT to the patient’s home. We believe in accessible, compassionate, focused care as well as continuous improvement to drive the best possible outcomes for our patients. With at-home visits, care is easier to access, so patients are more engaged, complete their full plan of care, and reach their goals more quickly.
Supporting our therapists is the best way we can support our patients. For therapists, we offer a better style of work that reduces burnout and benefits your patients. Here’s how working with Brightway is different:
Autonomy & Flexibility
Set your own schedule and work when you want. Whether you’re looking for a full schedule or or to supplement your current job with a few visits per week, we allow you to choose the days, how many hours, and which times you want to work.
More Focused, Impactful Care
Each visit is 55-60 minutes of 1-on-1 time with your patient. This focused attention enables you to develop a strong relationship with your patients and to provide the type of care you’ve always envisioned. We handle billing, marketing, new patient scheduling and more so you can focus on patient care.
Competitive Compensation + Bonuses
We pay you per visit, as well as for time you spend communicating with the patient, their family / caregivers, and managing the patient’s home program between visits. We also pay bonuses based on how much you work, patient experience, and for therapist and patient referrals.
State-of-the-Art Technology
Brightway provides the best possible tools to make your life easier. You’ll have access to an AI scribe, which auto-documents your visits in real time, and we use the top-of-the-line EMR. Our RTM software helps patients to stay engaged and lets you track their progress between visits. And our schedule optimizer lets you and our scheduling team reduce driving time between visits.
