**Job Summary:** We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children, particularly those with autism, and possess strong skills in behavioral therapy and data collection. **Duties:** - Conduct assessments to identify behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans - Provide direct patient care using evidence-based behavioral interventions - Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to implement treatment goals - Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed - Maintain accurate and confidential medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations - Utilize medical terminology effectively when communicating with healthcare providers - Implement behavioral strategies to address challenging behaviors in children with special needs **Qualifications:** - Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required - Experience working with children, especially those with autism spectrum disorders - Proficiency in behavioral therapy techniques and strategies - Strong data collection and analysis skills - Knowledge of medical documentation practices - Ability to work effectively with individuals with diverse needs and backgrounds This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children with autism spectrum disorders.
