At this healthcare facility, the Switchboard Operator is the voice of the facility warmly greeting and efficiently routing each incoming call from both inside and outside of the hospital. Beacon Hill Switchboard Operators are true customer service professionals who inherently love to help others and are happy to help callers get to their correct destination with a smile.
In this role, you'll be responsible for all the incoming phone calls for a busy healthcare facility. You'll showcase your exceptional communication skills and your ability to remain calm under pressure daily as you route calls to their correct destination efficiently. This role is also responsible for monitoring the hospital alarm systems and accurately responding to the codes as needed.
This role is part-time, on-site position. Current Open Shifts:
Friday 11pm - 7am
Saturday 11pm - 7am
You'll Have:
- Exceptional communication skills
- Strong computer skills
- A history of wow-ing guests with your customer service skills
- Previous switchboard experience a big plus
We're Offering
$16.75/hour for 3rd shift
