Purpose & Objective:
This person would manage the office of a large, growing Entrepreneurial Coaching Company.
Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- Communicate with the Accounting Department, pushing through client scholarships, specific client charges/refunds, coach reimbursements, coaching coupons, etc.
- Sit in and take notes of business meetings, and distribute communications throughout internal staff of new or changed implementations of company processes and/or projects.
- Be the liaison between coaches and business communications including conference logistics, company policy updates, process modifications, etc.
- Maintain Leadership Dashboard tracking new members, termed members, swapped members, coach placements, new coaches, providing communication with Accounting, Coordinator, Coaches, IT, etc with tasks delegated for proper execution of clientele needs and business auditing.
- Facilitate member requests of coach swaps, subscription cancellations, etc by communicating with members and scheduling the C.O.O. to call members to resolve any issue.
- Schedule coaching calls between C.O.O. and members on a rotating schedule, track individual conference attendance, and are readily available for optimal customer experience.
- Manage executive schedules by arranging appointments, travel, meetings, and conferences
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and data
Additional responsibilities and duties may be necessary based on the needs of the business.
