DreamFi is a Financial Advocacy platform dedicated to supporting the underserved, underbanked, and unbanked populations. Our mission is to enhance financial wellness through practical banking products, financial awareness, education, and support tools, focusing on the key pillars of financial independence. Formed through a partnership with Ben Crump Enterprises, DreamFi challenges traditional banking norms to offer alternatives for those disillusioned with conventional financial institutions. Key Responsibilities
- Drive testing phase of the production process to ensure that final products meet the company standards and customer needs as best in class.
- Draft quality assurance policies and procedures. Develop and execute test plans to ensure all objectives are met.
- Test products, systems, software and services to guarantee they are defect-free. Review test results, compare them to specifications and control limits. Provide defect identification and remediation.
- Conduct simple and routine testing of final materials, in-process items, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for product release.
- Implement and monitor test scripts to access functionality, reliability, performance, and quality.
4. Requirements
- Professional Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a Quality Assurance/Quality Control Analyst or similar role within Fintech, financial services, e-commerce, or payment technologies organization.
- Industry Skills: Strong experience in innovative and customer-focused domains. Experience with vendor integrations is a plus.
- Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Travel: This position requires occasional travel to partner or prospect sites (under 10%).
