Welcome to BeeHive Homes of Oregon. Please check out our website and FB page to get an idea of the quality of care that is being provided here at BeeHive.
We are proud to say as a small company that the ownership is closely involved in the care of our Residents and the oversight of the homes operation. We have a 16 bed home and 18 bed memory care home that resembles the look and feel of a regular ranch style house, where our Residents are receiving exceptional care.
BeeHive is a great place to work, we have a great team that works together and respects one another, and everyone is pulling their weight. We are continuously working hard to show our appreciation to our team and build a community and culture that everyone is proud to be a part of.
At this time we are looking for a House Manager to run the day to day dealings of the 18 bed memory care home's needs:
Some of the key functions:
- Team Building- building healthy work relationships with your team of caregivers.
- Scheduling, managing the schedule and flexibility to provide caregiver floor coverage as needed.
- Resident quality control - Knowing what your Residents need at all times and communicating those needs to your caregiver team, the administrative team, the doctors offices and other 3rd party providers as needed. Also communicating changes and responding to POA and family concerns.
- On call responsibility
- The House Manager is the backbone of the overall energy of the home and wellbeing of our Residents. It is the House Manager's job to recognize and respond to needs by problem solving with the team, reporting to administration, and efficiently communicating with Family members.
- There is plenty of opportunity for bonuses on top of a salary paying position.
Please feel free to contact me directly to have an initial conversation and potentially schedule an interview.
