Account Services Specialist I
As the Account Services Specialist I, you will report to a Supervisor in Account Services. You will establish several account and product types, focusing on non-Advisory and Advisory brokerage accounts. You will use different tools to maintain client accounts while providing customer service to our advisors and their staff.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Enter new account data into AdvisorComplete℠
- Answer questions regarding paperwork requirements and the status of new accounts and transfers.
- Contact representative's offices when paperwork is not in good order (NIGO)
- Analyze and reconcile financial reports.
- Initiate incoming transfers and direct rollovers.
- Work with Sales Supervision to resolve paperwork issues.
- Convert accounts from managed to non-managed or non-managed to managed
- Add, remove, or update special account features (check writing, margin, periodic IRA distributions)
- Establish Systematic Withdrawal Plans (SWP)
- Establish Periodic Investment Plans for transitioning firms (PIP)
- Process name change and SSN corrections.
- Update address and suitability information on client accounts in AdvisorComplete and FBSI.
- Organize client files in LaserFiche.
- Update account status for terminated reps.
- Educate representatives and their assistants on how to use AdvisorComplete.
- Will be asked to work overtime because of heavier volumes (December, March and April)
SKILLS:
- Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High School graduate or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Financial services industry experience required.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.84 per hour
