Position Overview
The Business Systems Document Administrator will support all departments in the management of documents and records required for the Business Management System to ensure conformance to regulatory, internal and customer requirements.
Position Responsibilities/Essential Functions
- Safety is everyone's responsibility
- Represent Dymotek in a professional and exemplary manner (Internal/External audits)
- Collect and maintain files of the latest revision level documentation necessary to define product configuration and control manufacturing and business processes
- Administer the document control and engineering change processes to ensure that all product and process document changes are processed in a timely manner, users have the latest revision of appropriate documentation, and that obsolete documentation is removed from distribution
- Work closely with all business departments to facilitate document creation, change, review, approval, issuance, and distribution
- Ensure all records filed (product, retain, validation, external, calibration, etc.) are current, correct, complete and compliant to Good Documentation Practice (GDP) requirements
- Maintain a computer database (IQMS) and SharePoint of all filed documentation that ensures fast and accurate retrieval of documents
- Generate, communicate and follow up on reports for document management metrics (document expiration/renewal, task assignments, aging inventory, etc.)
- Evaluate department processes and recommend process and product changes and improvements
- Perform internal business management system audits
- Participate in external audits related to document control
- Support finance, training and account management departments with clerical duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications/Skills

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in document control
- ISO 9001/13485 knowledge
- Self-motivated with capability to work independently and in a team environment
- Skilled in Microsoft products including Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook
- Proficient with document control software and databases
- Strong organization, time management and record keeping ability
- Initiative, attention to detail, keen organizational, time management and planning skills
- Excellent communication/interpersonal skills
Highly Desirable
- Associates degree, or technical certification in document/records management or related subject matter
- American Society for Quality (ASQ) Certification
- Working knowledge of IQMS
- Internal auditor training
- Understand the basics of injection molding
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $26.06 - $31.85 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
