As the Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the service department, managing technicians, and ensuring excellent customer service. Responsibilities:
- Manage the service department, including scheduling, staffing, and workflow
- Supervise and develop a team of technicians and service advisors
- Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty through excellent service and communication
- Implement and maintain service processes and procedures
- Analyze and report on service performance metrics
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve dealership goals
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and manufacturer training programs
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in an automotive service management role
- Proven leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred
