University Baptist and Brethren Church has an opening for a highly organized Administrative Assistant to perform general administrative duties including answering and routing calls, preparing weekly bulletin, monthly newsletter, bulk mailing, maintaining the church website, scheduling building usage, and other office duties as needed. Requirements include strong computer skills, Mac OS required, and skill using MS Word, Excel and Google Drive. Training provided in church management software. Positive attitude, exceptional communication skills, ability to work independently is necessary, and ability to maintain confidentiality. Website experience is a plus. Must support the mission statement of the church. This is an hourly, 25-hours/week in-person position with some flexibility in scheduling, paid $20-$25/hour DOE.
