About this Role:
As a Revenue Cycle Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will function as the primary adoption expert for the Revenue Cycle solution suite capabilities. You will play a crucial role in driving adoption by proactively identifying process inefficiencies, consulting on business workflows, and providing expert knowledge and implementation strategies. If you have a deep understanding of revenue cycle processes and a passion for driving adoption and process improvement, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Function as the primary adoption expert for the Revenue Cycle solution suite capabilities, providing expert knowledge and implementation strategies to drive adoption
Proactively identify current process inefficiencies and potential barriers to successful implementation, working closely with stakeholders to address and resolve issues
Understand and consult on departmental and service line business workflows, including associated roles and operational/process metrics
Review utilization analytics to drive end-user adoption and identify areas for improvement and optimization
Work with project teams to plan, phase, scope, and project deployment and sustainment transition timelines, ensuring alignment with business objectives and project goals
Report on Revenue Cycle solution status, risks, and issues to client and project leadership, prioritizing site escalations, issue resolution, and adoption
Provide expert guidance and support for issue resolution and adoption, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive success
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in revenue cycle management or a related field, with expertise in revenue cycle processes, workflows, and technologies
Strong understanding of revenue cycle solution suite capabilities, including revenue cycle management systems and associated tools
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
Experience with project management methodologies and tools is desirable
Certifications such as Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) or Certified Revenue Cycle Specialist (CRCS) are a plus
Must be a United States Citizen
Must be willing/able to obtain a clearance
