Part-Time Assistant Property Manager needed for growing boutique commercial management & brokerage company located in Camarillo, serving properties throughout Ventura County.
Job duties performed mostly out in the field doing exterior property checks (take photos, email work order requests for graffiti, trash, maintenance issues, etc.). Some office and computer work.
Must have your own reliable vehicle, up to date registration, auto insurance, & cell phone.
Employer pays mileage & some cell reimbursement.
Flexible hours. Approximately 20 hours a week. Pay based on experience - training available.
Looking for a team player with a pleasant, helpful, can-do attitude to support our property management staff. Must be dependable, self-motivated, trustworthy, & work independently. Candidate should represent our company well with professional verbal & written skills when communicating with business owners/tenants, vendors, team members & the public. Computer literate in Microsoft Office a plus, with the ability to learn our property management software.
