The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Duties:
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email,
- Provide information about products and services
- Assist customers with orders, and account inquiries
- Analyze customer needs and recommend solutions
- Perform outbound calling to follow up on customer issue
-Able to multi task
-Microsoft office a plus
- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette at all times
Requirements:
- Fluent in English; multilingual abilities are a plus
- Proven experience in customer service or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze information and solve problems efficiently
