JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Performs routine cleaning of dishes, glasses, flatware and other kitchen items.

Maintains standards of cleanliness and adheres to Department of Health regulations.

Maintains cleanliness and sanitary condition of all kitchen equipment.

Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of floors, mats and related kitchen areas.

Responsible for proper use of supplies and equipment based on predetermined levels.

Assists with other kitchen/utility personnel as needed.

Performs all other duties as assigned.

Promotes outstanding customer relations.
EDUCATION: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
EXPERIENCE: Previous experience with dishwashing equipment, cleaning and sanitation preferred.
Other:
-
Able to lift and carry 30-50 lbs. frequently.

Able to stand and walk for 6-8 hours.
