Participate in the creation of, and lead, product strategies, vision and value propositions, ensuring customer needs are met.
Determine, track, report, and own the market success for the disputes management business.
Direct and prioritize the marketing strategy, brand positioning, and development efforts.
Define pricing and competitive positioning for the product.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Develop strategies to expand customer base and enhance customer loyalty.
Become the key evangelist of product and participate in press activities, conferences, discussions with thought leaders and market analysts.
Stay updated on industry standards and regulatory changes.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships
Collaborate with other business units and departments to achieve overall company objectives.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with partners, vendors, and service providers.
Bachelor of Science Degree (business, economics, etc.)
Deep understanding of the payment dispute and chargeback management industry, specifically with card network chargeback representment policies and Ethoca and Verifi pre-dispute services.
10+ years in a fintech leadership role.
Strong business development skills with an understanding of the payments ecosystem.
5+ years of experience working in the payment disputes industry.
Ability to drive revenue and manage a profitable business.
Ability to prioritize and handle changing deadlines.
Strong ability to delegate tasks and communicate project needs to all levels of staff, including management.
