CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE/SCHEDULER
You will be the first point of contact for our company and offer administrative support across the organization. You will welcome people who visit the business and coordinate front-desk activities. To be successful, you should have a pleasant personality and would be able to deal with customers in a timely and effective manner, while streamlining office operations. Multitasking and organizational skills are essential for this position.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven work experience as a Scheduler, Customer Service Representative or similar role
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively
- Proficiency in Google Drive applications, Outlook and Teams
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to effectively build rapport and create relationships with customers
- Ability to problem solve in a positive, productive manner
- Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism

Responsibilities
- Successfully manage both inbound and outbound phone calls in a positive and professional manner
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
- Perform administrative duties, such as filing, cleaning, etc.
- Read and analyze documents such as job orders
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports and track results
- Manage the Sales teams Calendar.
- Provide daily support to Sales team by preparing and maintaining customer files
- Aid in developing the work flow process.
- Provide backup support for other admins
- Manage and update the companies E-Commerce sites.
Work hours are Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.34 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
