Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and optimizing campaigns across various digital platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, PPC, and YouTube. You will play a crucial role in developing and executing strategies to drive engagement, generate leads, and maximize ROI for Narware and our clients.
Responsibilities:
Company Campaign Management:
- Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and PPC platforms.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies to optimize results.
- Implement A/B testing to continuously improve ad performance.
Client Campaign Management:
- Work closely with clients to understand their goals and develop customized marketing strategies.
- Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and PPC platforms for up up to 6 to 8 clients.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies to optimize results.
- Implement A/B testing to continuously improve ad performance.
- Weekly client calls
- Monthly reporting
Other Duties
- Track and analyze website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports
- Attain key performance indicators such as reducing the website bounce rate, increasing dwell time, or improving conversion
- Fix any errors or bugs in online content
- SEO (Search Engine Optimization) knowledge
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, PPC, and YouTube advertising.
- Demonstrated success in creating and managing book a call funnels, webinar funnels, and appointment funnels
- Skills:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, YouTube Analytics).
- Understand the latest and most effective reporting tools and analytics
