MAIN DUTIES INCLUDE:

Position Summary:
Rego Electric Inc is looking for a full-time Office Administrator to join our team. The Office Administrator will perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and a willingness to learn. This person should be able to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in a office environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other computer programs
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of office administration procedures and basic medical terminology preferred
- Knowledge of (e.g., Google Suites) Calendar Management Systems preferred
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with a positive attitude while maintaining confidentiality, all while providing exceptional customer service to our customers.
- Must be able to pass criminal background check and drug screen.

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
