JOB DESCRIPTION:
Provide clients with personalized estimates for painting services. Achieve sales targets and source new opportunities.
TRAINING:
Amsberry’s Painting will provide all the tools and training needed to perform this role. On the job training will represent a significant portion of this training.
- Service Fusion Training (Field Service Management Software)
- Estimate cost analysis tools

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sales / Account Management
- Perform scheduled client visits & managing daily activities
- Meet with clients at their residence and at commercial locations
- Estimate Creation
- Collection of data at client visits
- Utilization of tools for labor hours and pricing
- Daily check-ins with Sales Director
- Weekly meetings with sales team for planning and training
- Timely delivery of estimates to clients
- Timely follow up with clients
- Account Management
- Ongoing communication with general contractors
- Follow-up phone calls and emails to clients
- Prospecting
- Seek and source referrals and additional business opportunities
- Participate in trade shows and events
- Training / Sales Meetings
- Participate in sales meetings and training meetings
- Complete sales training checklist
- Maintain and Use Company Resources
- Maintain assigned company vehicle and estimator toolbox
- Use sample materials and client folders, replenish as needed

- Work with the Operations Coordinators to ensure client satisfaction and operational needs are being met
- Estimated hourly requirements are 40 hrs/wk winter, 45 hrs/wk shoulder season, and 50 hrs/wk summer season

COMPENSATION:
- Base pay plus commissions and benefits
- Highly weight commissions with uncapped earning potential.
- Expected first year annual earnings between $80,000 and $120,000.
