Overview
Global Advisers, LLC is seeking a highly motivated Financial Advisor. This role demands exceptional sales and business development skills, alongside a deep commitment to fostering long-term client relationships. As a Financial Advisor, you will be instrumental in driving our firm's growth and success by acquiring new clients and expanding existing relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Business Development: Demonstrate exceptional sales and business development skills to identify, target, and secure new client relationships. Develop and implement strategies to attract high-net-worth individuals and families.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients. Deliver personalized financial advice and tailored solutions to meet their unique needs and objectives.
- Financial Planning and Advisory Services: Provide comprehensive financial planning and advisory services, including investment management, retirement planning, tax strategies, estate planning, and risk management.
- Market Analysis: Stay current with market trends, regulatory changes, and economic developments. Use this knowledge to inform and enhance client advice and portfolio management.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including research, compliance, and client service, to deliver a seamless and integrated client experience.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development within the financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of investment products, financial planning strategies, and market trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CFP, CFA) and a bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field are preferred.
- BA degree or higher in any field from an accredited college or university.
- Series 65 (current or able to obtain within 90 days)
Compensation:
- This position is based on fee-based relationships with clients. Your compensation will be directly tied to the revenue generated from the clients you manage and acquire. This structure provides significant earning potential for high-performing advisors.
