Job Summary: As the Sales Enablement Senior Manager for Zayo Global Reach, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the global product marketing strategy across all lines of business. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify product marketing priorities, drive go-to-market initiatives, ensure the success of product launches and sales plays results, and develop/ maintain great product content, training and collateral. This strategic position requires a deep understanding of product marketing, exceptional leadership skills, and a data-driven approach. In addition to marketing functions, this role will focus on enabling global sales for Zayo North America and Europe commercial teams which will include documenting clear engagement models, processes and providing guidance for the broad global sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Documentation and Website Management: Manage and create with collaboration among team members content for the Global Reach internal website; document and maintain process flows, engagement models, FAQ’s, policies, among other items for both the Zayo sales teams, partner organizations governed by TSAs and the internal Global Reach team.
Global Reach Sales Enablement Excellence: Create and manage the global sales engagement model providing sales teams with the necessary tools, training, and collateral to effectively communicate global reach value, address customer pain points, and drive sales growth.
Marketing: Partner with product management and the Zayo NA and EU marketing team to ensure collateral, including global maps/map books are current
Positioning: Conduct global market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities. Utilize insights to inform product positioning and messaging, driving consistency across the organization around how we talk about our global solutions in the market.
Customer Insights: Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, leveraging customer / Zayo sales feedback and insights to shape product positioning and marketing priorities.
Performance Tracking: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing initiatives, monitor progress, and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts to executive leadership.
Project Management: Strong project management skills including the ability to create and manage project plans, budgets, schedules, and resources effectively
Minimum Qualifications:
Experience: 7+ years of experience in marketing and/or sales enablement
Industry Knowledge: Highly preferred experience working within the global telecommunications or managed services industry.
Storytelling and Writing Skills: Ability to effectively engage and educate stakeholders through compelling storytelling and technical writing.
Content management and process enablement: Ability to create clear engagement model and process, intranet content management, driving to reduce friction for sales
Results-Oriented: Demonstrated track record of being results-oriented and having a test-and-learn mindset, with a focus on driving measurable outcomes.
Marketing Generalist: Familiarity with a range of marketing tactics and techniques, enabling the application of diverse strategies to achieve marketing objectives.
Insight Translation: Proficiency in translating marketing and business insights into digestible opportunities, effectively communicating complex ideas to different audiences.
Collaboration: History of working collaboratively across cross functional teams, leveraging collective expertise to achieve shared goals.
Matrixed Organization: Capability to thrive in a matrixed organization, collaborating effectively with a virtual team.
Base Salary Range: $89,000 - $140,000 commensurate with experience
