Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately
- Upsell products and services to increase sales revenue
- Analyze customer needs to recommend the best solutions
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries and resolve issues
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette at all times
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
- Must have an understanding of the general processing of parts through a machine shop.
- The candidate needs to understand customer purchase orders/write work instructions for the shop.
- Proficiency in English; fluency in Spanish is a plus (Bilingual)
- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with CRM systems and order processing software
- Excellent problem-solving abilities to address customer concerns effectively
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle challenging situations with empathy
