Provides administrative support to managers or supervisors or assists in providing administrative support for the department and may serve as the first point of contact for the department with the public, other departments, students, faculty, and staff.
Description of Primary Duties
Provides administrative support to a department by providing customer service, data entry and other clerical tasks.
Minimum Acceptable Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Customer service skills, ability to use Microsoft Office and other software as needed, professional demeanor, strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to maintain confidentiality.
