The Accounting Clerk is responsible for all Customer Service duties to include multiple tasks for all guest inquiries after departure.
Job Responsibilities:

Heavy phone call volume

Resolving billing disputes

Interacting with various departments to complete research
Qualifications

Proficiency with MS Office and 10-key

Experience with credit card disputes

Experience with application Opera preferred

Excellent phone skills required

Must be 18 years of age or older
