Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all operations of the automotive service center
- Ensure efficient and timely completion of all services, including oil changes, tire services, shocks and struts, alignments, auto body repairs, diesel engine repairs, and air brake services
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales
- Train and supervise staff members to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Monitor inventory levels and order necessary supplies and parts
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in automotive service management or a related field
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage a team and prioritize tasks
- Proficient in cash handling and basic financial management
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
