Office Manager
Overview:
Join our team as an Office Manager where you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the smooth operation of our office environment. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, and ensuring efficient office operations.
Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate office administrative activities to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Oversee the maintenance of office equipment and facilities.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
- Assist in human resources tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
- Handle vendor management including negotiating contracts and maintaining relationships.
- Assist with budgeting tasks and financial record-keeping.
- Coordinate payroll activities and ensure timely processing.
- Plan and organize office events or functions as required.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in using phone systems and office software applications such as Outlook, Excel, WMS systems.
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail for accurate record-keeping.
- Experience in vendor management and event planning is a plus.
- Ability to supervise and lead a team effectively.
- Proficient in budgeting tasks and financial management.
- Experience with payroll processing is preferred.
- Prior experience in office management or related roles is advantageous.
