Summerville CPW is seeking a customer service representative to process customer transactions. The candidate will greet and assist customers, answer phone calls, dispatch messages to the meter department, receive and respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints, receive, receipt and post/process customer payments, ensure proper posting of payments, reconcile cash drawer.
Requires a high school diploma or GED equivalent supplemented by nine to twelve months of Customer Service Representative experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. Must have a valid SC driver’s license.
