Client Engagement Manager
Play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional client service and driving business growth through proactive relationship management and office administration. This multifaceted position combines client-facing responsibilities with operational and marketing support within a tight-knit collaborative team. The ideal candidate can work effectively both independently and within the team setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Service Excellence
- Act as primary point of contact, developing strong rapport with clients
- Promptly respond to inquiries, provide research/analysis, and resolve issues
- Assist advisors with financial plans, portfolio updates, and trade execution
- Process money movements, monitor accounts, and ensure compliance
Relationship Development
- Nurture existing relationships and identify opportunities for deeper engagement
- Conduct outreach to prospects, set appointments, and gather data for presentations
- Collaborate with advisors to cultivate long-lasting client partnerships
- Support marketing initiatives, including client communications and events
Operational Support
- Manage correspondence, reporting, transactions, and CRM database
- Handle administrative tasks like scheduling, billing, and file maintenance
- Coordinate internal processes and ensure adherence to code of ethics and company's compliance policies
Requirements:
- 2+ years of financial services experience
- Series 65 and insurance licenses will be required within an appropriate timeframe
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and client service skills
- Strong financial acumen and analytical capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial software/systems
- Self-motivated with ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Keen attention to detail and commitment to follow-through
