Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Provide world-class service to all guests, ensuring their needs are promptly and courteously met.

Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries and reservation requests with warmth and professionalism.

Monitor and promptly respond to customer emails with attention to detail and a sense of urgency.

Count and verify large volumes of cash accurately and efficiently.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and security.

Adhere to all applicable regulations and guidelines governing cash handling and reporting.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements:

Previous customer service experience preferred.
