Job Title: Remote Customer Service Representative

Outlook Amusement is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Remote Customer Service Representative. This role requires an individual who can provide top-notch service to our customers, ensuring their inquiries and issues are addressed promptly and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and accurate manner.
- Provide information about products and services, take orders, respond to customer complaints, and process returns.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Comfortable working in a remote environment with a reliable internet connection.

Pay: $26.56 - $38.31 per hour
