Inside Sales Representative will work cooperatively with the branch and outside team to grow sales by executing customized service and implementing the Fortiline sales process.

Partner with outside sales to deliver on Fortiline sales and operational goals

Focus on developing personalized and strong business relationships

Promote our value to the customer

Takes ownership of customers / accounts and works with the branch team to provide the necessary support

Develop an effective and productive working relationship with the branch team, senior leadership, outside sales and key customers / vendors - contribute to a collaborative team effort.

Work closely with vendors to make sure product shipment / delivery dates are adhered to and communicate changes appropriately to the customer

Contact customers following sales to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and resolve any complaints

Assist with Counter Sales

Timely and accurate entry of sales orders and purchase orders

Assist with inventory control and physical inventory counts

When needed, assist in the warehouse, pulling customer orders, and unloading or loading trucks

Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

High School education or equivalent
-
Minimum 1 - 3 years’ experience in a related wholesale distribution business. (Home Depot - any kind of product knowledge)
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with an ERP system (i.e. Eclipse, Mincron)
Additional physical demands of this role require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 75 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors as required by the job during the assigned work hours.
