As an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapist/Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) you will play a vital role in improving the lives of individuals with autism and related developmental disorders. You'll work under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Board Certified assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) and/or Consultant to implement tailored treatment plans and interventions designed to help clients through 6 years of age develop essential communication, social, behavioral, and other developmental skills. For Full Time - the position would be 40 hours per week that will require two evening cases per week.
Key Responsibilities:

Direct Client Interaction: Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions to clients, implementing developmentally centered intervention plans that incorporates collecting data on progress.

Data Collection: Accurately record and maintain data on client behavior, enabling the BCBA to make informed adjustments to treatment plans.

Skill Acquisition: Assist clients in acquiring essential skills, such as communication, social interaction, self-help, and academic skills, based on individualized goals.

Behavior Reduction: Implement strategies to reduce challenging behaviors and replace them with more appropriate alternatives.

Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the consultant, parents, caregivers, and other team members to ensure a cohesive and effective treatment approach.

Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized records of client progress and session notes.

Professional Development: Stay updated on ABA best practices and participate in ongoing training to enhance your skills.
Qualifications:
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification, or willingness to obtain, preferred
- Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals with autism.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to various client needs and schedules.
