This role provides day-to-day customer service and account management for approximately 30 to 45 key accounts (50% of accounts are 50 to 500 employees and 50% are 3 to 50 employees) working primarily with the managing partner.
Responsibilities
- Assisting HR managers and other client contacts regarding their employee benefits plans and daily servicing needs.
- Helping clients and their employees resolve claims and billing issues.
- Working with our employee benefits consultants and insurance carrier contacts to prepare annual market analysis for benefit renewals.
- Working on pre-and post-sale presentations and implementation of new cases
- Setting up and servicing clients through our EASE/Employee Navigator HRIS System and AgencyBloc CRM
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in employee benefits in a similar role
- Minimum 2 years of experience maintaining client relationships independently, including working through an annual renewal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Experience using CRM and HRIS systems.
- Experience quoting and renewing Employee benefit plans with clients
- Strong interpersonal communication, writing, and mathematical skills.
- Must be responsive and have phone skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to self-check work.
