Operations Analyst
Job Summary
A finance consulting firm specializing in commercial real estate seeks a full-time Operations Analyst to join our small but continually growing team. We are looking for a candidate with a strong work ethic, keen attention to detail, exceptional client service skills, and the ability to maintain a high-quality standard of work in a fast-paced environment.
Daily duties are varied but focused primarily on supporting more senior team members, preparing regulatory documentation, communicating with clients, and facilitating the timely delivery of sensitive and critical documentation between parties. Responsibilities and advancement opportunities are introduced rapidly for Analysts who demonstrate strong capabilities.
Training is hands-on and tailored to the individual, with oversight and guidance from senior team members.

Education: Bachelors
Experience: Back office or administrative experience a plus but not required
Responsibilities
- Oversee completion of bank onboarding processes including populating Dodd-Frank bilaterals, KYC forms, and other regulatory paperwork, registering legal entity identifiers (LEIs), and coordinating delivery and execution of documents between appropriate parties
- Recording trade details and managing company records
- Coordinating execution and delivery of post-trade documentation between clients and other parties
- Drafting invoices and recording delivery of payments
- Supporting more senior team members, as necessary, through other tasks as determined on an ad hoc basis
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree
- Strong proficiency in Word and Excel
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized with the ability to track multiple and varied tasks
- Personability over email and on the phone
- Highly communicative and prefers working on a team
- Honesty and accountability
Preferred but not required
- Experience in a back office or office administration role
- Knowledge of Dodd-Frank, CFTC, and other regulations governing derivative transactions
- Familiarity with HubSpot and/or ClickUp
Salary Level
$45,000 starting, with opportunity for bonus and potential for rapid growth.
