IV Elements is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented scheduling/ access coordinator to join our company. The role is responsible for maximizing utilization of providers schedules while providing administrative functions that support the practice. This individual should have a strong background in multi tasking, google maps and phone skills. Experience with scheduling and customer service is required. The Patient Access Coordinator is the point of contact for patients and families who request appointments, as well as providers and other staff members who need support. The ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously in a high-volume setting while providing a positive patient experience is a must.
Responsibilities:
- Phone Triage
- Schedule patient appointments.
- Verification of services
- Forms compliance
- Explain and educate patients on services and appointment details.
- Manage and optimize provider schedules.
- Schedule operations
- Patient check in/check out.
Education Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Associate's Degree preferred.
Experience Qualifications:
- Minimum of five (5) years of related experience in a high-volume medical setting required.
- Minimum of five (5) years of prior experience with scheduling.
- Previous experience in alternative medicine preferred.

Pay: $18.92 - $22.78 per hour
