Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Manager to oversee and lead our housekeeping team in maintaining a clean and orderly environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in housekeeping management within the hospitality or custodial industry, with a strong background in floor care, cleaning procedures, and hotel or industrial cleaning standards.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement housekeeping procedures and standards to ensure cleanliness and sanitation

- Manage and train housekeeping staff on proper cleaning techniques and safety protocols
- Schedule staff shifts and assignments to meet operational needs
- Inspect rooms, facilities, and equipment to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards
- Coordinate with other departments to address housekeeping needs and guest requests
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed
- Handle customer complaints or issues regarding housekeeping services
Experience:
- Proven work experience as a Housekeeping Manager or similar role
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, chemical handling, and safety procedures
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
