Responsibilities:
- Engaging Lessons: Plan and deliver interactive and captivating lessons that ignite a love for learning.
- Individualized Instruction: Develop and implement lesson plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each student.
- Innovative Strategies: Utilize evidence-based practices and the latest research to inform your teaching methods.
- Student Assessment: Conduct standardized testing and regularly assess student progress to ensure continuous improvement.
- Collaborative Approach: Work closely with colleagues to design and implement effective early intervention strategies.
- Physical Education: Provide dynamic physical education instruction, promoting health and wellness for all students.
- Positive Environment: Establish a classroom atmosphere that fosters social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Parent Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with parents and guardians, keeping them informed of their child’s progress.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Early Childhood Expertise: Experience in preschool or early childhood education.
- Engaging Educator: Proven ability to create stimulating lesson plans and engaging instructional strategies.
- Assessment Proficiency: Familiarity with standardized testing and early intervention techniques.
- Physical Education Knowledge: Ability to design and implement fun, inclusive physical education activities.
- Team Player: Experience working in a private school setting and collaborating effectively within a team.
- Child Welfare Advocate: Strong understanding of child welfare and support for students with special needs.
- Nurturing Environment: Commitment to providing a nurturing and supportive atmosphere for all students.
- Excellent Communicator: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field; Certification in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
