Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCABA) to join our team. As a BCABA, you works under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement behavior analysis services. Your responsibilities include conducting assessments, conducting behavior intervention plans, overseeing data collection, providing direct services to clients, and assisting in training staff and caregivers. Your expertise will contribute to improving the lives of our patients and their families.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments to identify strengths and areas of need
- Implement evidence-based interventions and behavior management strategies
- Provide ongoing supervision and training to behavior technicians and other team members
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation
- Stay current with research and best practices in the field of applied behavior analysis
Qualifications:
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCABA)
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly autism
- Strong knowledge of behavior analysis principles and techniques
- Proficiency in conducting functional behavior assessments
- Experience implementing behavior intervention plans
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation practices
- Experience working in a healthcare or clinical setting
- Knowledge of data collection methods and analysis techniques
