**Job Summary:**
The Parts Sales and Inventory Coordinator is responsible for driving parts sales to dealers and end users, managing the ordering process for new parts, and coordinating with the inventory manager to ensure optimal order timing. This role is critical to maintaining efficient operations and high customer satisfaction for our electric UTV manufacturing company.
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and maintain relationships with dealers and end users to understand their needs and promote our parts.
- Respond promptly to inquiries from dealers and end users, providing detailed information about available parts, pricing, and delivery options.
- Process orders from dealers and end users, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
- Track sales trends and identify opportunities for increasing parts sales.
- Oversee the ordering process for new parts, ensuring that orders are placed accurately and timely.
- Work closely with suppliers to confirm order details, delivery schedules, and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Maintain detailed records of orders placed, received, and pending.
- Collaborate with the inventory manager to monitor stock levels and determine the optimal timing for placing new orders.
- Ensure that inventory levels are maintained to meet demand without overstocking.
- Assist in conducting regular inventory audits to verify stock levels and identify discrepancies.
- Communicate any potential inventory shortages or surpluses to the relevant departments to minimize disruption to production and sales.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving any issues related to parts sales, orders, and deliveries.
- Follow up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
**Skills:**
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
- Proven experience in sales, order management, or inventory coordination, preferably in the automotive or electric vehicle industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using inventory management software and sales order processing systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
