The Account Executive will be deeply involved with our referral partners. You will have total control of the team’s image to our partners and the community. The AE must exude professionalism and a helpful attitude to earn future and repeat business relationships. You will need to have extensive knowledge of our programs and a winning charisma to cultivate new relationships that your team can turn into Raving Fans.
Responsibilities and Activities: Time Requirement
Out of Office Networking 80%
o Realtors, Family Law Attorneys, Financial Planners, Bankers, CPAs, Attorneys, Builders, Relo or HR departments
o Networking Meetings
o Constantly visiting these professionals and coming up with new ways to gain their referral relationships
In office Planning 20%
o Manage social media and email to enhance our message
o Build and enhance the website and marketing materials
Expectations:

Qualifications
- Strong customer service orientation is essential for this role. Additionally, experience in outbound calling and analysis skills will be advantageous. Fluency in multiple languages, especially Spanish, along with a background in sales and upselling, will be highly valued. Effective phone etiquette and communication skills are a must-have for success in this position.
