What is this job all about?
We are seeking a highly organized and personable Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, the ideal candidate will excel in multitasking, possess exceptional communication skills, maintain a positive attitude, and pay keen attention to detail.
The receptionist provides clerical support for Administration which includes answering
telephones, greeting guests, routing messages, operating various office machinery, tracking and
maintaining fleet vehicles, collecting and receipting in checks, filing and other duties as
assigned.
This is position is located at our Elfindale building in Springfield, MO: 1721 W Elfindale St. Springfield, MO 65807
This is a full-time hourly position, Monday-Friday from 8a-5p.
Required knowledge and skills:

Prompt and accurate forwarding of phone messages and faxes.

Ability to follow through on work assignments.

Basic knowledge of computers.

Excellent customer service skills.

Maintain a professional dress appearance.

Prompt arrival and regular attendance at work.

Minimum of eighteen years of age

Possession of a diploma from an accredited high school

or equivalent.

Must have basic computer knowledge

Must have a minimum of 6 months of experience
