Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day spa operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, payroll, and customer service.
- Provide outstanding guest service and satisfaction.
- Oversee revenue generation and enhancement.
- Develop special events programming and marketing.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote spa services.
- Hire, train, mentor, and supervise spa staff to maintain a professional and positive work environment.
- Monitor financial performance, set goals, and manage budgets to achieve profitability.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations within the spa.
Skills:
- Proven med spa management experience.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
- Strong organizational skills to manage schedules, inventory, and pricing effectively.
- Experience in recruiting, training, and managing a team of spa professionals.
- Knowledge of payroll procedures and financial management.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers, staff, and vendors.
