Responsibilities:
- Monitors, analyzes, and communicates business performance results against planned Market targets
- Builds and maintains effective working relationships with internal departments and acts as liaison to identify and remedy issues

Lead efforts to track and collect on Special Events activity

Research and resolve customer issues on behalf of Sales or Delivery Management

Conduct periodic audits and trend reviews to mitigate risks

Run, analyze, and distribute reporting as needed

Establish measurable PDR Objectives and Developmental Actions for Administrative Team

Provide training and develops capability to administrative team

Support planning & execution support for company events, such as team meetings, retirement parties, and employee recognition opportunities

Maintain high level of integrity and professionalism in handling confidential material daily
- Organize/maintain department files, both electronic and hard copy

Provide administrative support maintaining a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality
- Coaching and providing feedback on performance to direct reports

Other administrative and customer support responsibilities as assigned

Serve in a back-up capacity for direct reports ensuring a timely and accurate completion of tasks

Processing and approving payroll for Administrative Team
- Provide guidance and assistance with location frontline payroll that follows market practice/policy as needed
- Travel required- 20% to 40%
- Provide support and back up coverage to Market GMAS

Demonstrate a willingness to assume any responsibility or perform any task regardless of nature to demonstrate that teamwork is part of the operating culture
Compensation & Benefits:

The expected compensation range for this position is between $37,800 - $60,350 based on a full-time schedule

Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary

Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED

Experience in prioritizing work and multi-tasking, with a strong sense of urgency

Outstanding organization, time management, and follow-up skills

Detailed knowledge and experience in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
-
Aptitude to work with minimal supervision – set goals, create and implement action plans, and monitor progress toward goals

Self-motivated and proactive

Must be a strong team player

Ability to become proficient in multiple IT applications

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
