Construction Secretary
We are seeking a Secretary to join our team! We are a fast paced & team oriented company and are looking to expand. Our main focus of business here at Custom Glass is installing shower enclosures, mirrors, & shelving. We primarily deal with local builders and home owners. You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities:
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Plan and schedule appointments and events
- Greet and assist onsite guests
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
- Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience with QuickBooks Program
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
