Position Overview:

We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, highly organized, skilled in building relationships with stakeholders, and capable of planning and contributing to the company's success.
Responsibilities:
Engage in marketing, networking, and relationship-building with wholesalers, real estate agents, and other investors to source potential deals.
Supervise and coordinate with contractors, property managers, and other third-party vendors.
Conduct property walkthroughs and facilitate inspections.
Analyze and underwrite incoming deals.
Ensure seamless communication and workflow through each transaction.
Uphold company values and standards.
Maintain key performance indicators to address and resolve any issues.
Continuously seek opportunities to improve and grow the company.
Requirements:
Strong interpersonal and communication, negotiation, and networking skills across various mediums (email, phone, in-person).
Proficiency in managing spreadsheets.
Self-motivated and goal oriented.
Ambitious mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and personal development.
Solid project management and organizational capabilities.
Exceptional analytical and negotiation skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
Familiarity with real estate and creative finance is a plus.
