Job Overview:
We are seeking passionate and engaging job trainers to join our team. As a Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to individuals with various needs, including autism, developmental disabilities, and addiction counseling. Your role will involve mentoring, workforce development, and educating individuals to enhance their skills and abilities. Responsibilities:
- Perform individual instruction activities with participants
- Gather and prepare materials for instruction
- Deliver and reinforce skills through individualized practice
- Document daily instructional activities and summarize data
- Analyze participant performance errors
- Coordinate communication with direct supervisor
- Log daily hours in ADP
- No cell phone use during work hours and with clients
- Complete and submit weekly progress logs for assigned students
- Channel concerns and questions to the direct supervisor
- Perform additional duties as specified by the supervisor
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Pass an initial Criminal Background check
- Reliable transportation with current car insurance and driver's license
- First Aid and CPR certification within 60 days of employment, maintained throughout employment
- Maintain all required licenses and certifications
- High standards of ethical conduct
