Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager for Ag & Construction related location, to oversee our operations and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, implementing strategies to increase profitability, and ensuring operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of employees, providing guidance and support
- Develop and implement business development strategies to expand market share
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, including profit loss statements

- Oversee project management initiatives to ensure timely completion
- Engage in strategic planning to set goals and objectives for the branch
- Manage sales activities and customer relationships to achieve revenue targets
