Description:
- Uphold The Track standards of guest service in all areas where customers can buy tickets. Assist guests in understanding rules of attractions, sizing of products, and pricing. All while following The Track cash handling and visual standards, maintaining acceptable levels of over/shorts, and creating family fun and fond memories for all guests.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Comply with all The Track policies and procedures
- Assist Guests with general questions pertaining to individual items, as well as any other guest concerns
- Operate in a safe manner
- Willfully perform duties in any department at The Track when necessary
- Be an active team member in the Operations Department
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and team members
- Follow all delegated tasks assigned by team leads and/or other members of management
- Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned
Skills and Qualifications:
- While we do offer seasonal Cashier positions for 14 and 15 year old applicants, those spots are currently filled. At this time, the remaining Cashier positions require a minimum age of 16.
- Must be able to sit, stand, or walk for long periods of time
- For safety purposes, the individual must be able to communicate effectively in the English language, including the ability to read, speak, and understand the English language
- Must be outgoing
- Ability to perform general mathematical calculations
- Ability to utilize cash registers and related equipment
- Ability to actively communicate with large groups of Guests in a courteous manner
- Be available to work flexible hours at nights and on weekends within the limits of applicable Federal, State and facility labor laws and guidelines
Other Functions:
- All other duties assigned or necessary to support the park as a whole.
